If you’re located in the U.S., you’re in the right place. All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and orders ship domestically—so you avoid international shipping fees, currency conversions, and customs delays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on:

• The weight of your order

• Your delivery address

• The shipping method you choose

Most packages come with tracking numbers, and you’ll receive that information as soon as your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During holiday periods or promotions, please allow extra time. For example, if you place an order after 12:00 PM PST on May 12th, it will ship after May 25th due to our Spring Holiday Closure.

Digital Products

All PDF patterns are delivered immediately via email after checkout. No shipping fees, no waiting. You’ll get access right away—even during holiday closures.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, check your tracking number for updates. Weather, postal service delays, or other factors can cause disruptions.

If tracking says your item was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact your local post office first. Still no luck? Get in touch with us—we’re here to help.
