Coach House Designs is located in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada, just outside the city of Chilliwack. I work from a studio in my home, where all patterns are printed on demand and shipped directly from my studio to the U.S. via USPS.

We deliver your packages to a U.S. border broker in Canada three times a week at our expense. The broker then hands them off to USPS in Sumas, Washington for final delivery. PDF patterns are always available for instant download with no shipping charges.

There is no refund or return on patterns unless you have previously purchased the same pattern from us by
mistake.

Most of the patterns on our site are suitable for confident beginners and they assume a basic knowledge of quilting.
A selection of more complicated patterns would be considered intermediate patterns.
