   Once you purchase a downloadable PDF pattern, it’s delivered immediately. Even if unopened, the download link is considered delivery — making it non-returnable.

2. Limited-Run Physical Products
   Our kits and paper patterns are crafted in small batches, often seasonally or exclusively. Each order is packed by hand and cannot be resold once returned.

3. Protecting Original Designs
   Our patterns are original intellectual property. A no-refund policy helps prevent unauthorized sharing or duplication.

7. Holiday Shipping Delays
   During vacation periods (like our Spring Holiday: May 15–25), shipping is paused. PDF patterns are still instantly available, and digital versions of paper patterns can be requested via email.
