Splendour - Lap Quilt - featuring Blushing Peonies by Robin Pickens 2017
Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. I could not resist this large appliqué design and this fabric did not just speak to me, it sang to me. Oranges, pinks and greens make me think of lying by the pool in Hawaii while enjoying a very tasty pina colada (adult memory) or the colors of my elementary school wardrobe in the early 1970’s. No internet, no COVID, just me and the Brady Bunch. Good times.
