Once Upon a Time - Lap Quilt - featuring Full Circle by Kathy Schmitz 2010
This was the first quilt that I designed in the tan, beige and black color range and I have been in love with the combination ever since. Kathy’s panels were used for the center blocks and her alphabet block panel around the outside. The center blocks look like they have rick rack around them so I bought jumbo black rick rack and put it around the outside border. I quilted it on my domestic sewing machine and did a rather horrible job. It was shortly after this that I started sending my quilts to my local long arm quilter.
